Cabana Lifestyle offers FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $149.00* placed on our website. We offer $15.00 FLAT RATE shipping, Australia-wide on all other orders.
*This excludes our Rattan Beach Chairs as they are a bulky item. Due to their size, our Rattan Chairs are only eligible for delivery in Australia, and are not valid for FREE SHIPPING. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, we will ship your order within 24 hours (or the next business day)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international Cabana Lifestyle orders are dispatched from our Head Office in Sydney, Australia.
We ship via Australia Post to the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, China, Japan, and New Zealand.
Your shipping rates are calculated by size and weight and are determined at checkout. Please keep in mind international deliveries may be liable for customs duties issued to you by your countries importing laws. You will need to make the necessary payment for your items to be released to you.
All customs charges are beyond our control and not included in your purchase price.
TAXES & DUTIES
International customers won't pay Australian local GST, so the items will be shipped tax free from us, however deliveries may be liable for customs duties and local taxes upon import; this will vary and depends on your countries local importing laws. You will need to make the necessary payment for your items to be released to you if this occurs.
